THLU Education Center

As part of our mission to provide educational opportunities and services to the local community Teikyo Loretto Heights University’s campus is pleased to host a number of educational and governmental institutions and organizations. These include:

 

AmeriCorps
AmeriCorps is a network of national service programs that engage more than 50,000 Americans each year in intensive service to meet critical needs in education, public safety, health, and the environment. AmeriCorps members serve through more than 2,100 nonprofits, public agencies, and faith-based organizations. They tutor and mentor youth, build affordable housing, teach computer skills, clean parks and streams, run after-school programs, and help communities respond to disasters. Created in 1993, AmeriCorps is part of the Corporation for National and Community Service.
The TLHU campus serves as one of the three locations in the US where AmeriCorps members are based.

 


Community College of Denver – Southwest Campus The Community College of Denver (CCD), an associate degree-granting institution which is part of the Community College of Colorado System, offers a range of programs and courses on THLU’s campus.

 

Southwest Early College
Southwest Early College, an independent charter high school, is part of the Denver Public Schools system. As a small high school, SEC provides a world-class education in a personal, supportive atmosphere. As an early college high school, SEC students take a traditional 9th and 10th grade curriculum, then take college-level coursework in the 11th and 12th grades.

 

Augustine Institute
The Augustine Institute is a graduate level institution offering masters degrees in Theology.

 

Teikyo University, Fukuoka
This campus of TLHU's parent university in Japan (Teikyo University) requires 100% of its bachelor degree students
to complete one component of their degrees on the TLHU campus.

 

Adam University
TLHU offers dual degree bachelor programs with Adam University on the TLHU campus. AU also offers degree programs, including the MBA, in six Asian countries.
